I am a CPA who delivers effective and vigorous defense against IRS audits, including post-audit representation and negotiation; as well as audits by other taxing authorities such as the California Franchise Tax Board (state income tax audits), California State Board of Equalization (sales tax audits), California Employment Development Department (payroll tax audits), municipal license tax audits; and workers compensation insurance premium audits.

Of course, I also provide tax return preparation for IRS and for all states–for individuals, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, trusts, estates, etc; tax planning and research; accounting; compilations; financial and business consulting and estate planning.
